What is Fuse?

Fuse is more than just a schedule critique, it is a comprehensive project analysis tool spanning the many facets and phases that make up a complete project or program.

Fuse identifies project variances and their impact

Using customisable metrics, Fuse can analyse the quality of the project as a whole, or compare and analyse group activities by a common attribute such as WBS, contractor or CAM.
To ensure that your standards and thresholds are met company-wide, Fuse can create new metrics or groups of metrics.

Fuse can identify variances between two or more schedules, cost estimates or risk models. Updates from contractors can be brought in to track performance as well as identify changes. Not only does Fuse pinpoint changes made, such as added/removed activities, but it also looks at the impact of these changes on items such as total float or remaining duration.

Fuse assesses risk and pinpoints project flaws

By validating risk inputs and analysing risk exposure, Fuse helps ensure that risk models are realistic.

Fuse enables logic flaws such as open ends, redundant activities or circular logic to be quickly identified.

Fuse enables you to bring in updates from MS Project, Primavera, Pertmaster, Cobra, Excel and others, without needing the data source tool installed on your PC and without the need of an underlying database.
