Apr 2010 - OTC to run workshops at UK's annual project control event

OTC Optima is pleased to be supporting the UK's major project control conference, EVA 15, in London on June 14-18.

OTC will be demonstrating an innovative simulation-based approach to learning the basics of project control and will also be running a workshop on how to successfully implement earned value management.
