Apr 2008 - OTC Optima joins the APM

OTC Optima has joined the Association for Project Management (APM). Commenting on this move, Managing Director Rob Fern said "We have always taken an active interest in the development, and improvement of the Project Management discipline as evidenced through our work with the National Audit Office and RUSI to establish the annual Defence Project Management conference. We shall be directly involved with advancing the project management profession by working closely with the EVM Special Interest Group."

OTC Optima will be speaking and running training courses at EVA XIII. John Flaherty will speak on the implementation of EVM on the Future Aircraft Carrier. Two training session will be run by OTC, these being "The Organisational Challenges of Implementing EVM" and an "EVM Data Analysis Workshop".
